    Jordan is also President of Rockbridge, a hospitality private equity firm with ~$3 billion AUM, where he focuses on maintaining an infrastructure that is scalable for future growth while continuing to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors. Jordan is a member of the firm’s Executive and Investment Committees. Prior to joining Rockbridge, Jordan served as the Chairman and CEO of NetJets Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company and the world’s largest private aviation provider, which focuses on providing premier, personalized customer service to highly discerning consumers. At NetJets, Jordan led a complete overhaul of the business’s culture, processes, and marketing strategies as well as an international expansion that led to record profits following the GFC.

    Before joining NetJets, Jordan was a partner with the law firm Nyemaster Goode, where his practice focused primarily on general corporate matters, complex real estate transactions, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Nyemaster Goode, he served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Jordan is currently the Chair for Mount Carmel Health System, the Executive Chairman of QuickInsured, a fast-growing digital insurance agency, and the Executive Chairman of Consolidated Metals, Inc., a national tubing supplier. Jordan also served for 17 years on the board of Trustees for Simpson College, and as the Treasurer for the College as well as Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee. He has spoken internationally on a variety of topics, including global supply chains, intellectual property for emerging businesses, and leadership.

    Jordan received his A.B. Honors degree in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Duke University; a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School; and a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan School of Public Policy

In his role as President and CEO of Residential Finance Corporation (RFC) Michael managed all areas of the business including Technology, Marketing, Capital Markets, Finance, and Fulfilment. Most recently Michael was the Regional Vice President of Sales for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation from 2016-2021. Michael served on Ellie Mae’s Advisory Board for 5 continuous years helping to drive the technical advancement of the industry’s leading Loan Origination System. Michael earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Rutgers University and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Michael resides in New Albany, Ohio with his wife, Dana, and their three sons.
